This off-campus student housing development is situated on a 2-acre (0.8-hectare) site across the street from the northern edge of Florida International University’s main campus. Phase 1 of the development is currently under construction and is 580,000 SF (53,900 m2) including 868 units with 1,244 beds on 20 floors to be leased by Florida International University students.
